Having placed hundreds of candidates in countries throughout the world, conquer’ s recruiters understand country-specific labor laws and industry standards.Responsibilities:• Direct Reporting to COO of the company.• Managing and leading a team of 20+ offshore Recruiters including 2 Operations Manager and 4 Team Managers.• Monitoring the performance of teams and individuals, identifying development areas and addressing poor performance where appropriate.• Coaching and counselling recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment processes and hiring administration.• Responsible for the service P&L and reporting, ensuring that financial forecasting, resource planning and capacity management is optimized to provide the most cost effective service.• Leading and developing all staff members including performance plans, Quarterly reviews and setting quarterly targets/goals.• Providing back-up/coverage to the Client Services team to ensure a seamless delivery of services to client.• Resolving operational issues and the escalation relating to client service delivery.
