As MD & CTO of TBL, I am responsible for three core areas of our business strategy:- Setting the vision for the organisation.- Deciding on the long-term technical architecture and platforms for our solutions.- Managing the R&D programmes.I work with client executive teams within large UK residential property organisations, helping to demystify PropTech and paint a picture of what a digital transformation programme would entail, and deliver for the organisation.My role is focussed on driving innovation across our group of businesses, keeping one eye on the horizon at all times, to ensure that technology change risk is minimised for our clients. Our clients are large real estate companies, who are committed to genuine digital transformation of their businesses. They understand that harnessing technology is business-critical for their organisations. I am involved in all aspects of the technology lifecycle, including definition of scope, defining architecture, development platforms and methodology, creating robust development environments to mitigate delivery risk, and keeping an eye on the future to ensure we continue to take advantage of the latest in software development and DevOps innovation. Founding an Indian business has been a fascinating experience, which has enabled me to understand more fully the benefits and challenges of running a global business.
