En Route to Everywhere chronicles the travels and adventures of Vik and Leann; a peripatetic couple on a lifelong journey to discover the world. It comprises a travel blog and social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram to journal their travels and inspire others to step out of their comfort zone to explore the world. As avid backpackers and adventurers, my wife and I have travelled across 50 countries each. This included a round the world trip in 2015/16, when we quit our jobs and travelled across 18 countries for #200daysinabackpack! I was part of the largest EY (AsiaPac) advisory project team to consult for the Singapore Army. • Pioneered the establishment of systems, processes and networks for effective problem solving in a groundbreaking new department in the Army. • Led and designed 6 cross-functional performance improvement projects through data analysis, integrated solutions, and knowledge management.

As a young officer in military intelligence, I adapted quickly to my role as a team leader, and military trainer, of people from all ages and walks of life. My portfolio also included the management of ISO certification matters in the unit.
