This is my third of startup Experience of setting up Global Finance Shared Service (GFSS) . This was my second startup operations were in i was involved in to Migrations / Transition knowledge transfer , preparing SOPs in capacity of Team leader .It was tremendous exposure / experience getting and oppurtunity to learn on managing complete lifecycle of Operations Management .
