This is my third of startup Experience of setting up Global Finance Shared Service (GFSS) . Having involved right from insception has strenghtend my ability to handle whole Global transaction process for this business.Able to effectively communicate to a diverse range of individual clients/customers, technical staff and upper-level management.

This was my second startup operations were in i was involved in to Migrations / Transition knowledge transfer , preparing SOPs in capacity of Team leader .It was tremendous exposure / experience getting and oppurtunity to learn on managing complete lifecycle of Operations Management .

It was a startup operations were in Exult was setting up F&A and EHRO function for large third party vendor got good exposure on how to do knowledge transfer at various level .
