As an Entrepreneur in Residence at Neeman's, I wear many hats - from strategist to problem solver to people manager to data analyst. My journey at Neeman's started on the solution side, where I quickly identified opportunities to optimize the customer experience, logistics, and warehousing-related aspects of the business. I jumped into action and built SOPs and processes that helped Neeman's streamline operations and improve its bottom line.But that was only the beginning. As Neeman's continued to grow, so did my role. I took charge of operations, working alongside the COO and co-founder to further strengthen the company's systems and processes. I also dove headfirst into HR, building and managing a team that drives the company's continued growth.My role is a perfect blend of strategy, planning, and execution. My role requires me to master data analytics and hands-on problem-solving. And I am always on the lookout for new initiatives that can help Neeman's stay ahead of the competition.Some initiatives I've taken include setting up strategic partnerships with corporates and institutions, building a hub-and-spoke model of fulfillment centers for network and cost optimization, and setting up a chatbot to automate customer support tickets. I've also built ninja techniques to speed up the hiring process while focusing highly on the quality of new hires.But numbers speak louder than words, and I am proud to say that my efforts have paid off. Since the time I joined Neeman's, the company has grown by north of 200% and the team has expanded three-fold. And I'm not stopping there. I'm always looking for new ways to take Neeman's to the next level and to help the company achieve its full potential.
