IT Service Responsible - Marketing Inspiration & Communication, MultibrandI had an overall responsibility for all IT services supporting the business processes of marketing inspiration and communication for all brands within the H&M Group; H&M, H&M Home, COS, &OtherStories, Monki, Weekday, CheapMonday. This includes for example digital campaigns, customer data, and social media communication, connected to all brands ecommerce and channels. System Responsible - Electronic Marketing MessagingAs System Responsible, I was responsible for the IT solution(inhouse development and SaaS) supporting digital subscriptions and e-mail marketing. My team and I made sure that the solution was developed and maintained according to the business needs. We worked with agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.

My assignments were mainly to understand the business needs of the new brands within the H&M Group, and to make sure that the IT solutions supported them in the best possible way. Among other things, I was responsible for the design and UX for the Monki e-com project, together with external agencies and inhouse designers. Another example the new way of selling products; H&M Home, viewing living areas instead of standard product images.

As a Product Developer at DN’s advertisement department, I mainly worked with developing new digital advertising solutions. I acted as the business orderer of different IT solutions and also worked with a number of collaboration projects together with DN’s business partners.
