After I finished my internship, I was invited to stay in TA team,I was responsible for multiple Division recruitments in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. I supported recruitments in Products & Offerings, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal divisions. Support came from figuring out the needs, preparing job ads, active candidate search, sourcing, conducting interviews, giving feedback to candidates. In Addition, I learned how to conduct exit interviews, supported People Partners in their daily tasks. Due to work and study schedule incompatibility I left Luminor, so I could focus on my studies.

Joined Talent Acquisition Team, learned how to source candidates in various websites such as CVOnline, CVbankas, Linkedin. Also, became competent in actively searching and approaching candidates in Linkedin, as well as learned how to make phone interviews, conduct interviews. Moreover, I've learned how to create and edit job ads, supported manager's in interviews. Mainly supported recruitments in Technology and Products and Offerings Divisions, also helped out with other division recruitments such as Finance, Legal, Retail. Most of communication happened in English as I supported panbaltic teams.
