• MBA with 6 years experience in Human Resources and Statutory Compliances as aExecutive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager.• 2 years experience in handling a team of 5-10 people.• Depth knowledge of compliances related to:-EPF-ESIC-Contract Labour Act-Shops and Establishments Act-Bonus Act-Leave -Gratuity-Labour Welfare Fund.-Minimum Wages Act.-Payment of Wages Act etc.• Handling Compliance Audits under the above mentioned acts.• Application Process for Labour License under CLRA and PSARA License.• Complete knowledge regarding all CTC linked components and designing of Salary Structures.• Well organized with strong employee relations and problem solving skills.• Skilled in preparing comprehensive reports and MIS.

AUDITS :- Attending all key clients audits as per schedule, Maintennce of documents required for compliance audits.CLRA LICENSE :- Obtaining new labour license, Ensuring renewal of labour license, MIS for licenses to AGM - HR.MAINTAINENCE OF STATUTORY REGISTERS :- Filing of statutory returns from time to time (PF/ ESIC/ PT), ESI and PF enrollment of all new employees, Ensuring the complaince on Minimum wages from time to time, Documentation for billing support.LIAISON WORK -GOVT. :- LIAISON WITH CLIENT IN TERMS OF AUDIT OUTCOMES , MIS of audits
