• Conducting Market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence for new investment opportunities in sync with respective department heads & making presentation to Investment Committee
• Negotiating with land owners/stakeholders on behalf of Management and taking it to the final level of decision making
• Carrying out all statutory checks like Land Revenue, documents relating to Land Title, Development Potential, Other necessary permissions for finalized projects

• Responsible for the sourcing various schemes/proposals using Broker network and through land aggregators for the company
• Conducting a Proposal Feasibility check considering all aspects like costs, pricing, sales velocity, timelines and future potential/growth of proposed development
• Sharing Market Intelligence report with Management relating to Market Trends, Product type demand, Demand-Supply ratio, Economic Insights and other such important information for decision making
• Relationship management with IPCs, Brokers and Land Aggregators
• Preparing reports/presentations on the proposal/opportunity in hand in order to get investors/funds for deal closure and maintaining Land Banking records and documentations
• Keeping track of Market information and comparables for various other projects across the city/region and sharing the same with Management
