Few of the business problems that we are solving using GenAI include:- Adding the capability to the Cloud business workflows to extract the metadata from the Google Cloud business documents (paper Contracts).- Enabling the Cloud Marketing and Sales to launch campaigns by generating the multi-modal campaign-content using GenAI.- Accelerate Cloud business workflows by summarizing the enterprise documents.- Democratize the 1P & 3P enterprise data access to various Cloud Business personas using GenAI based information retrieval solution using techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Leading the initiative to make the Google Play Store a safe place by the building core (Machine Learning) technology to (auto) detect the Apps that violate the Google-Play policies and are deemed abuse/malware for the Play eco-system.

Core member of WebP team. WebP is a new image codec that was proposed as an alternative to Jpeg, PNG, GIF, with 25–34% better compression compared to JPEG images at equivalent SSIM index and about 28% reduction in size compared to optimized PNGs. Smaller images on the page mean faster page loads. The vision is to place WebP as a strong alternative to other image format (lossy (Jpeg), lossless (PNG) & GIF) with features like Animation & Alpha.WebP image format powers most of the Google image serving products like Google Play App icons, YouTube image thumbs, Data compression proxy for Chrome Mobile, Chrome Web Store, Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, G+ photos Apps and FaceBook Android App. Outside Google, companies like Facebook, Netflix, Akamai use WebP format to serve the images and save 30-40% in bytes for their users.

Lead the Mobile Search initiatives for the developing countries and helped Google in improving the Mobile search traffic from India and other developing countries by designing and deploying user engagement features like Rich-snippets, improved image search experience, easier discovery for music and songs related searches.

Lead the development of Google search property for (old) Newspapers similar to Google Books. Lead the features for user engagement and easier navigation on the Newspaper search results and provided result API within hosted framework for any partner to host the Newspaper search at their respective site.
