Responsibilities:•Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding.•Sourcing candidates through various job sites portals (Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Linkedin Recruiter, Monster, Monster gulf)•Maintain TAT for open positions •Handling back ground verification (Reference check) of candidates.•Handling Joining & Exit formalities of the employees•Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to company culture, policies, and procedures.•Coordination with training department for new joiners.•Preparing & Sharing offer letters, Appointment letters.•Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned employees & escalate issues.•Complete exit formalities- Issue resignation acceptance, coordinate with concern department for clearances & issuing F&F settlement dues.•Manage all personnel record of the employee and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.•Enrolment of new employees in PF &ESI portal.•Addition & deletion of medical health insurance of new employees and exit employees.•Handling petty cash.•Accountable for guest house arrangements, hotel bookings, vendor management & cab arrangements.•Organizing various events/programs to engage and motivate employees.•Facilitating in creation of Email Ids, Access/ID Cards , & IT Assets of new recruits
