Raheja Corp. in Malad Mind space. Co-ordinate with the security agency and the management for smooth functioning of the site. Deals with the damages to the KRC property like road dividers, the plantation on the road dividers, compound walls, and grills cost by the vehicle on the road.  Deals with big number of transporters, drivers and skilled workers and the management also of the Multinational companies. Monitoring the site on deployment of personnel Conduct daily routine checks at all sites, interact with the site security, concern of management for security feedback and for security up gradation. Development of personnel on guidance from the senior for VIP movement. Conduct periodic survey of the sites with co-ordination with seniors for security up gradation. Co-ordination for the monthly billing with the security agency._____________________ Spearheading the entire security related operations of the Inorbit Mall. Efficiently delegating duties and job as indicated by Manager Loss Prevention & Manager Security and reporting discrepancies to them. Aptly liaising with various security agencies and government bodies including police & fire brigade on day to day security related issues and to be prepared for emergencies. Instrumental in maintaining the law/order within the mall and enforcement of rules and regulations as directed in the Retailers Handbook & Mall Criteria Document. Accountably maintaining discipline in the mall as well as handling employees’ grievances Retailers & Anchor Staff. Also work along with operation & retail solution department.
