The company is a mid-size player in the market producing rebar rolling mill equipment. I am rendering my services to the company in design, engineering manufacturing project management. The company employed +100 manpower to meet the business requirements. It is a Tool Room to produce 4 to 5 re-bar rolling Mill plants annually. And adding a rolling capacity of 1.7 million tons every year

As subcontractor company got the mandate to operate and maintain the metal recovery plant (MRP) (60K Ton /month) along with Oxi Lancing & Drop Balling operation. It also includes a steam aging plant (15K Ton/month) for BOF slag aging. 150 human resource is engaged to meet the task. For earthmoving, 6 tippers, 1 dump truck, 1 bulldozer, and 4 chain track mounted excavators are deployed on the site. In February 2022- the company start bringing resources to the ground and now for 4 months we are successfully operating the plant & other production activities. There are other small improvement projects in the pipeline. As head of the site, all above comes under my responsibility for smooth operation and execution. One can compare this with a 2.5-million-ton mining operation.

Worked on the following projects : 1. Grinding Media Ball Mill complex. The project is based on skew rolling technology. And kind of first in India. (90 K ton X2 - 25 to 150 mm ball dia) 2. Colour Coating Line : once completed, the project will deliver the 120 K ton Color coated steel sheets generally used for the roofing for industrial and domestic buildings .

Ankitech is a small sized engineering & construction company active in Kazakhstan. Mainly working for industrial plants. Specialized in rotating and static equipment installation, piping, flat bottom tank. steel structure buildings, small engineering, Troubleshooting/ Debottlenecking projects.I am responsible for Contracting , Project engineering, Equipment selection. Trouble shooting / Debottlenecking projects and Project scheduling with project manager.

Iron ore mining operation consist of four mines. Out of four, one is a unique under-ground mine. Along with normal capex management for mining operation, Main assignment was to replace the 40 year old Main Hoisting machine for underground mine. Apart from the capex value (9 M USD), strategically project was very important for the survival of the mine itself. Whole mine operation was stopped for the four months Project is rare in term of the occurrence, so no contractor was available with such previous experience including company’s in house project team. In spite of all difficulty project was completed as per the plan and with budget saving of 13 %.

Major responsibilities:Worked as a first lead in company’s in house project department. Main responsibility was to conceive the project from beginning of the thought, and to alien project organization for completion of task. Activities: preparation of request for quotation (RFQ), technical & commercial bid analysis, technical & commercial negotiations, contact documentation, project controlling (site, technical & financial), monitoring and reporting. To prepare/ submit/ pursuing the various internal approval documents at corporate, Unit level. (MIS)Project execution as per approved plan
