My responsibilities evolved around business planning and modelling, running a successful IPO and FPO in USA with SEC, Convergence to IFRS, Dealing with lawyers and auditors and analysts, process improvements and creating culture for USA listing. I also lead a team size of more than 70 people for compliance and audits, credit control, payable, revenue and cost optimization.
