Service Engineer :- As a service engineer I have to visit research & development labs and centers and other customer places (like various universities, IITs, indian oil corporation limited , Defense labs etc. ) wherever instruments delivered, I am Responsible for the installation & demonstration of That Instrument After Installation I do the servicing of same instruments.Instruments like: laser principle based instruments, microscopes, Hypoxia workstation, Micropipete puller, Cell Scales, Electroporator, Confocal Microscope, Two photon microscope.Whole body composition analyzer, DXA, Aqua Housing, etc. Sales Engineer :- As a sales engineer I am responsible to generate new enquiries for entire range of products of company. I go to customer place to give them all technical details about the instrument which is suitable for their application. With presale technical support I am responsible to give presentation as well to the customer.I do follow up of ongoing leads and get idea about upcoming projects.After getting order I am responsible to organize the installation & demonstration of the instrument.
