-Pharmaceutical projectsPlanning and preparing the specification requirement for Process equipment, water system, clean utility, clean room, HVAC and piping layoutsConducting FAT, SAT of the process equipment’s, HVAC, pharmaceutical water system, clean & black utilities.Preparing the budget estimation for new and renovation projects also Preparing BOQ with material selection.Planning and conducting the preconstruction tasks, performing the design reviews and constructability reviews for proposed plan. Review and approving the technical calculation, design qualification, functional specification and HVAC heat load calculations etc. Co-ordinating all engineering design and drafting activities with consultants to prepare the HVAC ducting design, piping design, equipment GA diagram and clean room modular panel layouts-Handling of QMS documentation like Preparation of SOP, Change Control, Deviation, Risk Assessments.-Performing SAP activities for system spares, vendor service invoicing, material Requisition and inventory management.-Participates in customer audit and compliance assessments -Planning and conducting the training programs for maintenance team -Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedulesPlanning and organizing the technician to attend breakdown & preventive maintenance work as per the schedule / work order and maintaining the records.  Planning and organizing the external service agencies for equipment service, validation and calibration etc. and co-ordinate with service person to complete the task. Monitoring the usage of spare and maintaining the inventory. -Performing Maintenance of below system, Lyophilization systems (BOC Edwards, TRUKING)Filling Line ( Groninger, Steriline, Romaco ).Single use bioreactors, Bioreactors, Fermenters, TFF systems.Centrifuge (Alfa Laval, GEA)Steam sterilizersCartonator, labeling & blister packing machines Capsule filing machine and tablet compression machine,HVAC systems, water systems.
