Project Manager in Digital Transformation team • Handling Business Process Analysis, Mapping, Reengineering and automation• Analyze business process and provide end-to-end re-engineering, automation opportunities and solutions• Strong analytical, documentation and Presentation skills accompanied by problem solving skill• Improving the business processes of the companies by scientific approach• Niche area of managing high volume of Data, analysis and providing Business intelligence using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau• Multiple project under Private equity and MSME sector

• Due diligence of Transition documents for the work getting transitioned from the Global Regional office to Powai unit.• Liaising for signoff’s from the India and regional counterparts, Tax, Legal, IT, BCM, and Compliance teams on the transition documents and SOW or SLA for EMEA, Asia Ex Japan, Japan, US region• Generating consolidated trackers of all division for reporting purpose.• Quarterly and Monthly review MIS and PPTs for the Directors of the companies across all divisions. • Status updates calls and meetings with the divisional CAOs and regional and other stakeholders of the company on weekly basis.

RISK REPORTING PROCESS• Preparation of daily and monthly MBR on reconciliation, fails, unallocated, uncollected, late trade, modification trade report and Cash MIS financial reports for NAM, EMEA & APAC region.• Working on ad hoc projects by clients and training other team members on same.• Auditing reports to ensure smooth functioning and quality of work in team.OPERATIONAL CLIENT RELATIONSHIP METRICS (OCRM) PROCESS• Preparation of Annually, Semi-annually and Quarterly packs of MIS reporting, metrics and ppt for global clients.• Monthly data processing and consolidation for outstanding, settlement and fails, market wire, paper confirmations, margins; required for generating packs.• Auditing packs; to ensure the packs circulated are as per the set standards as required by the clients.

Costing of the products, maintaining all books of accounts in Tally9.0, filing Income tax VAT, Service Tax, TDS Returns, Getting C Forms.
