Manage profit and loss report. Daily manage Perpetual Inventory.Daily briefing, profitability and setting/ meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. So that the store employee is able to work openly.Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
