Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Sourcing candidates, calling and building strategic long term relationships;
- Screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to client-companies with emphasis on matching specific candidates with specific positions;
- Understanding and supporting the recruiting needs of client-companies, and proactively maintaining and developing the Company’s candidate pool/skills database;
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates;
- Assisting the Managing Partner with Marketing and Sales activities
- Maintaining database integrity through notes and activities
