SKILLS/SPECIALIZATION  Looking after of Daily billing Modern Trade ( Reliance Fresh, Metro C&C, Carrefour WC, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd) Reconciliation of PO v/s Net Requirement like – Modern Trader, CPC & CSD Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS to RSO( Regional Sales office) POS/Freebie item Dispatch as per Allocation. Responsible for allocation / transfer of stocks, conducting routine inspection to ensure reconciliation of physical stock at the warehouse As well as before invoicing check the unit price of transit stock- General Trade, Modern trade, Alternate Channel, Central Police Canteen, CSD and Inter unit transfer Handling of Receipts, Issues and Dispatches Deliver of stock on Right Place, Right Time & Right quantityMIS: Reports – Day to day & weekly reporting to ASM/Logistic/Sales Officers of Primary Sales/POS / medical input tracker.  Monthly report – Outward / Inward stock, Goods Return Note. Transporter Trackers, Sales Day Book, Summary Stock, Physical Cycle Count & Utilization of Road permit, Prepare depot shortage/breakage for insurance claim /Transporter Bill / Freight Analysis. Review the Drug License / VAT No. / FSSAI License / Insurance Policy / trade License and also reviewing of New MRP etc.Work experience.
