- Partnering with the Business Heads in meeting budgeted Revenues, GP, EBIT. . - Support the Business on evaluation & financial impact of commercial decisions.- MIS, Variance and other analysis to make effective business decisions.- Budgeting and Forecasting.- Monthly Working Capital Management and partnering business meet the budget. - Ensure all SAP processes, KFCs (Key Finance Controls) in place. - Ensure consistent compliance with processes to correctly capture all costs and revenue including accrued income, timely invoicing, 100% collection of cash and coupons. - Support recovery of AR with coordination with Operators for sticky accounts.- Support business on Project based analysis and tracking.

 Budgeting,Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Gap Fill Plans.Month End closing activity covering all aspects to secure no gaps and reporting monthly P&L with complete analysis to Corporate office and APAC Office. Control over P&L , revenue & cost tracking and fine tuning the chart of accounts to accommodate the changing environment and ensure an effective informative and control system.  Responsible for liaison with auditors for Audit requirements of the organization. Ledger Scrutiny from materialistic point of view and ensuring corrections done. Updating all month-end BS Schedules to have complete control over books. Ensuring all invoicing completion, receipts/payments accounted for and correct ageing report generated to have complete control over AR and AP. Supervising and resolving complex and massive reconciliations. Securing monthly intercompany reconciliations. Handling Global Corporate Accounts and setting accounting procedures and designing manuals to ensure proper and uniform accounting on Pan India level to secure desired reporting requirements of APAC office. Month end Reporting to Management and upload in HFM. Financial Analysis of business in a meaningful manner, discussion with business to take corrective actions and making future plans. Understanding business ratios and supervising/ensuring P&L closure as per standard business ratios with logical explanations for deviations. In-depth analysis of Profit & Loss Account and various MIS reports. Providing the reports on “Area of Concern” to top management for information and decision-making.  Controlling the revenue recognition and ensuring no revenue leakage. Taking lead in Credit Control and ensuring achievement by setting roadmap and regular follow ups during the month to ensure meeting targets by month end.
