Monitor competitors’ activities on the assigned markets & take necessary action.Allocate seats at different levels & constant administering the given set of flights through the Airmax Revenue Management system to maximize revenues and ensure minimum spoilage & spillage.Study the demand patterns based on the past trends / historical data / seasons and the current market scenario on regular basis and forecast for the given set of markets. Ensure that the pricing is competitive so that we can break even with better Seat factor & yield.Liaise with different departments in order to ensure profitability on the given set of markets.Responsible for achieving the revenue target & market share at the desired SF & Yield for the assigned markets. Monitor competitor activities on the assigned markets & take necessary action & to remain competitive in the market.Liaise with Network Planning and Flight Ops Department for Cancellation and Combination of flights.Planning up of Promotional Fares to stay competitive in co-ordination with Sales & Marketing department. Co-ordinate with group desk to accept or reject the groups on the assigned markets & to ensure maximum utilization of seats at the right price.Ensure that flights over booking profiles are kept at optimal so that spoilage and spillage are minimized

Notable Contributions: Directing the sales team to the potential corporate/agent by formulating pricing and incentives. Responsible for preparing the analytical and logistics reports on the passenger load factor, projecting the anticipated load for the future. Developing new generating reports the flight load forecasts, determine the each flight performance. Providing the inventory reports for the flight scheduling and inventory Management.  Managing the pre flight team to ensuring Swift pre flight checks including scrutinizing the PNRs / Booking as per the company polices.

 Good knowledge in Computer Reservation System GALILEO, AMADEUS, GABRIAL,SABER. Launch the better Flight Fare Deal in the market or Newspaper.  Direct interaction with passenger to give better service. Checking of booking that is placed in queues. Knowing Electronic Manual e-ticketing.  Handling administration duties. BSP & Airlines Reporting. Knowing fare & fare rules.

 Handling visa services ticketing & forex.Handling Domestic & International Ticketing as the Counter Executive.
