As Associate Manager Security – Operation, I entrusted with the overall accountability of strengthening the security foundation and safeguarding against future threats through threat assessment and planning. I also took part in the presentation of risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.My job duties include:Established the Adani Security Training Academy in Mundra for the training of security personnel coming to the Adani Group companies across India.Managed the implementation of the Mantra and Matrix Access control systems with 90 and 180 degrees at 35 different locations across the country.Served as a central ID administrator, enrolling 50,000 workers, 10,000 vehicles, and 10,000 visitors into the access control system.Led a road safety marathon at the district level with over 4,000 participants.Conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel to foster a culture of utmost security. My notable achievements at Reliance Industries Ltd – Dahej, Gujarat (Erstwhile IPCL), including: Took the complete security ownership of RIL-Dahej with 5,000 workforces & Rs.15000 Cr. asset value.” Implemented the system learning application to augment throughput & operational efficiency Established the PAN India incident reporting system - via central command and response center. Successfully resolved the High-profile hijacking case of our HVC (High-value cargo) at the NCR (Delhi) region. Executed and completed a Pilot project on real-time tracking of HVC during the entire route. Planned, suggested, established, and initiated an on-line Visitor Entry Requisition System at RIL Dahej- In the house. Championed efforts in setting up, commencing, and handling the Web-based visitor management system at Adani Mundra. Designed, established, and started the Video Surveillance System (CCTV) at the site. Estimate the cost – 26 Lacs for security perspectives. Begun a punch card-based entry system with biometric registration (IRIS) for contractors. Estimate cost – 20 Lacs.
