Key Responsibilities :• Maintaining Network & IT Infrastructure at Client location consist of approximately 250 resources accessories like PC, laptop, printers and scanners.• Maintaining Active Directory Service of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 like creating / deleting Users.• Organizing Priority and Allocate workload for optimum efficiency.• Responding day-to-day calls raised by the users and closing the same within committed norms.• Installation Operating System and required software’s.• Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts.• Taking backup’s whenever required and Restore the same as and when required.• Maintaining the pc’s with regular updates of patches and service packs.• Performing Vendor management for client to resolve issues related IT resources and get maintenance done of the same.• Installing and maintaining Anti-Virus like Symantec & Microsoft Security Essential.• Preparing weekly site report required by CMS.• Design and implement a mechanism for handing on-off technical issues to other technical teams for resolution.• Assist senior level engineer in troubleshooting functions involving file/print servers and backup/storage servers• Removed, changed and added equipment to the domain.• Provided support for off-site technical meetings and conferences.• Performed hardware inventory audits of all pc's, printers and network peripherals.• Maintained client/server software and hardware.
