-Installing & configuring the required OS / NOS / Mail Client & Server as per different customer’s requirement.-Attending Users’ call requests w.r.t. Desktop PCs HW / SW / ERP / Network. -Frequently communicating & updating Logistics Department / Project Leader with current pending issues at client’s location.-Taking Backups of User’s Data, Database, Mail Directory & shared department drives.-Preparing detailed Daily / Weekly / Monthly Call Reports which reflects various areas to make improvement & meeting Customer’s Satisfaction.-Maintaining and trouble shooting of Hardware/OS related issues.-Implementing regular OS & Antivirus patch updates on Desktop & Servers.-Co-ordination other vendors / OEMs.-Guiding & Training Fresh Engineers.

Project Title : Inward / Outward Letters’ Processing System & MIS. (Part of Setu Project)Tools Used : Ms- SQL 7, VB 6.0, Ismoffice Project Features: -CLI to GUI and Multilingual interface of the system.-Actual data of the system is stored in ISCII (Indian Standard Code for Information Interchange) format and while displaying stored data to user, ISCII data format converted to ISFOC (Intelligence based Script FOnt Code). At the time of storing the accepted data from the user, ISFOC data format is converted into ISCII data format.-Timely Report generation to the concerned Management Level Person.- Data & transaction security is provided through Password System as well as through Biometric Device (Finger Print Recognition System).
