With over 25 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, I am a seasoned leader who has successfully built and executed growth strategies, delivered digital initiatives and new products, and led product management and development in various Asian markets. Currently, I am the Head of FCL - APAC at ECU Worldwide and also Cluster Head for Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand with ECU Worldwide, a global leader in providing end-to-end logistics solutions. In this role, I oversee the operations and strategic direction of a cluster of departments within the organization, as well as lead the FCL and Procurement functions. I manage and mentor a team of product heads and procurement professionals, monitor inventory levels and forecast demand, evaluate new technologies and make recommendations, drive digital transformations, manage budgets and resources, and manage vendor relationships. I am passionate about optimizing cluster performance, maximizing profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering high-performance teams. I leverage my deep expertise in international logistics, operations management, procurement, sales management, product management, and P&L management to achieve these goals.
