Responsible for Maintenance & Operation for three refrigeration plant of capacity 5200 KW.Have experience of Maintenance and operation on a Screw compressor (SABROE,Make –Denmark),Plate freezer(Rank , Neptune Make),Blast freezer, Condenser (EVAPCO).Schedule making and execution of preventive maintenance for refrigeration plant.Analysis of machine failuresMaintenance costs estimationKeep updated with the upcoming versions or latest machinery required in the organization.Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit report.Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.Interface/co-ordination with other departments and monitoring for smooth operation.Monitoring & controlling engineering activities to keep it in the track & reporting the engineering status to the management
