I am currently working as a Senior Cisco Corporate Trainer and am a motivated IT professional with over a decade of experience. I specialize in providing effective training, support, and implementation for large-scale IT projects from start to finish. Recently, I have delivered customized trainings to clients such as VISA, OmanTel, British Telecom, Fujitsu, Ceragon, Tanesco, Espire Info Labs, Comcast, and many more.With a thorough knowledge base and practical skills, I primarily deliver IT training for networking domain certifications. I have hands-on experience training in Cisco IOS/IOS-XR/NX-OS and Juniper JUNOS for configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols, Junos Intermediate Routing (JIR), Junos Enterprise Switching (JEX), Junos Associate (JNCIA-Junos), CCNP Routing and Switching, ENARSI (Cisco Enterprise Advanced Routing and Services), and ENCOR (Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies). After nearly two years, I was offered a technical lead position at Celtic Research & Technologies.I accepted the offer and spent nearly five years with Celtic, advancing from Supervisor to Team Lead, then to Assistant Manager, and finally leaving the organization as an Operations Manager in 2016.Due to Google shutting down technical support, my career, like many others, faced a significant setback. I restarted from level zero and soon earned a promotion, working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Hinduja Global Solutions for four years (2019-2020). Subsequently, I worked as a Senior Quality & Control Engineer with Virtual Employee from August 2020 to August 2021.
