Had a short stay in Bangalore - i was instrumental to the ISO certification to the 2008 standard.This job made me understand the Copper Wire manufacturing procesess, Costing of the Products. While i co-ordinated the ISo certification, the plant recd ISO Certification early 1996.In 1996, i took up the job of Plant Engineering & we completed the 1st expansion of the plant including construction, procurement of Machines, Equipments & productionzing the same. The Load Factor Analysis helped in bottleneck identification & resolving the plant capacity needs ahead of the actual requirement.With the experience of Manufacturing, plant engineering - i was awarded the role to Head the Quality Function. We established the manufacturing of 1250 KVA machine 1st time outside UK.My next transition internally was into the role of Materials- Purchase Manager.
