JOB PROFILE:- Daily Preparation of MIS Report.Responsible for the all activities from RAW MATERIAL planning to DISPATCH.Preparation of Production Plans.Responsible for capacity calculation and maximum utilization of Resources.To set the production targets on Monthly, Weekly & daily basis.Day wise schedule & customer’s requirement down loading.Revise the production Schedules when required due to shortage of Manpower, Raw material or according to customer requirements.Raw material planning with Purchase Dept.Daily preparation of Machine loading plan with Production Dept. to meet the customer’s requirements and Reduce the loss time.Compare the Targets & Actual Production to analyze the Efficiency.To keep a watch on production to analyze the problems.To keep a Close watch on slow moving items.Coordination & Follow up of Material from all the concern Departments & Vendors.Responsible for all Dispatch Related activities.Supervision of 35 Workers & Shift Planning.(PDI & Dispatch).Customer Handling.Interaction with the customer in critical situations such as line stoppage due to quality problem or delay in delivery.Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal suppliers and customers for ensuring that required inputs are available on time.Coordination with quality department to solve customer complaints.Making of Dispatch & Delivery plans to avoid Premium Freight.Maintain a Record of Schedule vs. Supply & Raw Material consumption.ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:-Prepare LAYOUT for Raw Material in store .Control the In-process & PDI Quality to avoid the customer complaints.Invoicing when required in urgency, TRAINING UNDERGOES:-5-S, KAIZEN, FIFO, POKA-YOKE, 4M & 3G at Horizon Industrial Products.
