• Responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin a company’s CSR objectives.• Conduct research, developing CSR policies build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.• Lead organizational CSR vision.• Assist in driving the company’s sustainability agenda, and build the brand reputation as a responsible and caring organization.• Assist in continuously reviewing the unit’s activities, • To ensure enhanced performance of the team and company’s objectives.• Ensure alignment between the unit’s activities and the approved CSR policy; update the policy and process as required.• Assist in identifying required resources, personnel and funding to achieve the unit’s strategy.• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.• Co-ordinate the preparation and compilation of the annual CSR strategic plan and ensure timely implementation• Implement the unit’s work programmes and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelines.• Plan and manage the human and material resources of the unit to optimize performance, boost morale and enhance productivity• Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the unit in line with corporate Sanctioned Budget.

 Planning the CSR activities and Strategies for the Alibaug Project. Preparing the R&R plan of Action for the project Preparing Risk mitigation plan across the value chain. Conducting the Baseline Survey and formulising Baseline survey data. Developing the CR Action Plan  Handling Negotiations and transactions of Land Acquisition, Liasoning with the various Govt. departments for peaceful Land Acquisition and Delivering the R&R package to the PAP Planning and executing the CR activities in the project affected area.
