• Key Deliverables:
• Effectively Involved in the entire gamut of activities like manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, R & D, validation, review and approval of GMP documents, etc. within the company
• Directing the operations with necessary control laboratory in compliance with the GMP rules and current standards procedures like OOS, OOT, DEV, CAPA, etc.
• Reviewing and monitoring quality of the raw materials, intermediate and finished products of the site over Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)
• Providing technical and administrative support for cross functional department like Production, Store, Quality control etc. activity to comply with GMP/cGMP
• Assisting with QC manager to identify quality defects and monitored material & product store compliance, QC inspection, and disposition of material, product, equipment, and ensure cleanliness status

• Maintaining a high level of productivity through overseeing internal Audit, Party/Customer Audit, Regulatory Audit for all raw materials, Analytical Reports in process with finished products release of all APIs.
• Effectively handling the team to achieve the set targets with maintenance of quality and cGMP
• Collaborating with other departments like QA, clients, purchase department in day to day activity for better operational requirements and to follow the cGMP requirements

• Key Deliverables:

• Active involvement in managing quality assurance staff & operational requirements like recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees with scheduling & assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintaining the department, equipment’s and premises to be clean to comply cGMP
• Overseeing the quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Conducting training Staff, Operators and update their skills of cGMP, Safety, etc. and delivery of GMP refresher training to troubleshoot problems of the customers for effective results
