 Significant exposure in conducting participatory technology development trails of crops in various agro-climatic zones in the project area. Got better hands in all farm management activities including the planning of agriculture farm operations, maintenance and optimum use of farm resources, budgeting, and ensuring maximum quality yield. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing climate-smart agriculture practices like reducing the use of synthetic fertilizers, promoting biodiversity, laser levelling, uses of eco-friendly methods for PDM Conduct experiments on the conservation of agricultural practices to build soil organic carbon and to build a congenial environment for plant growth Conduct value chain assessment to identify gaps and develop recommendations on how to improve the selected value chains and maximize the impact. Supporting in developing and delivering capacity development activities in the areas of agribusiness, value chain, and marketing development. Supporting the Formation Farmer producer company, capacity building of BODs, training to BODs and shareholders of FPCs, forward & backward linkages & the establishment of and sustainable business model. Work with the technical team to map the value chain including main actors, the flow of products, infrastructure facilities, financial institutions & all supporting organizations. Conduct technical, economic, social, and environmental feasibility studies for the different value chain enterprises. Record progress & compile the information into monthly reports and presentations given to management and the operational team Organizing and supervising data collections: training of enumerators, quality checks, data upload to project database & data analysis Developing case studies for the dissemination of best practices, successes, & achievements of the project.

 Project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and documentation at the village and organizational level, and managing funds of Rs. 5 to10 crores annually  Mentoring team & community service providers in sustainable agriculture practices including production, procurement, storage, marketing, and monitoring to assist FPO to roll out their business operations with an effective business plan, execution, and management as procurement of quality produce, storing & marketing. Coordination with government departments and NGOs to implement various projects/schemes in the project area and Liaison & Linkages with various Govt. departments, universities, KVKs, and banks. Conducting a regular audit of project functions (technical, social, financial), and Implementation of corrective measures suggested by Management.  Leading the theme of SAP (sustainable agriculture practices) at the regional level of Karnataka serves cluster teams who are serving more than 10,000 farmer’s families. Capacity & skill development of team members & CRPs and farmers on agriculture aspects. and mentoring & guided in the implementation of the program. Executing farmer’s meetings/crop seminars and exposure, soil health program, exhibitions, demonstration/demo site meetings & field days & training farmers on plant protection, nutrient management, farm management, and post-harvest management.⮚ Managing financial aspects of the farm by controlling expenses and increasing income & farm productivity and Market linkage to the farmers to get a better price of the product. Steering Agriculture & allied projects at the regional level as vegetable cultivation and seed Production, Demonstration farms at a larger level, and orchard farm development soil & water management to enhance farm productivity.  Enhance crop production and reduce the cost of cultivation through Sustainable Agriculture Practices (SAP) & Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) and other proven technology
