Working in Ananda Group - Headword Publishing Pvt Ltd. - Instituting & executing high level warehousing strategies, making high-stakes decisions and overcoming complex business challenges using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics and irreproachable integrity. - Collaborating with stakeholders while keeping them informed of progress & issues in order to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables - Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation; following up on discrepancies, damage/expired goods and claims & returns to vendors - Monitoring the day-to-day vendor relationship with 3rd party Logistics Service Provider (3PL), Printer courier /Air /Sea /Road distribution vendors

• Responsible for reconciling Intercompany trade accounts on monthly basis.• Prepare the accrual sheet of recurring expenses a/c.• Responsible for maintaining the bills receipt tracker on daily basis.• Handle reconciliation of the Traffic destination and Rates of per minutes which billed by the Carriers.• Follow-up disputed invoices, raised the dispute and created Debit & Credit Note.• Responsible for tracking the Creditors exposure report and maintain manual accounts of specific carrier creditors & its reconciliation.• Responsible for maintaining the Creditors payment tracker & Creditors reconciliation. • Handle the process of carrier invoices booking in the books on daily basis.
