I am a practicing Urban Designer & an Architect and the founding partner of the firm 'Studio CoDe'. Our firm practices architecture, interior design, urban design, master planning, communication & graphic design. My urban design and master planning projects include both green field and brown field projects with varied scales, context and complexity. My involvement has been from project feasibility analysis through the execution of the master plan which includes design, coordination and execution of significant architectural buildings, infrastructure, traffic & transportation network and the urban landscape.a. Urban Architecture of Bridges for IFC’s Najafgarh waterfront development (Total length: 70.00 Km’s)My architectural and interior work has focused on the design and execution of small to large scale projects all over India. In the past 24 years, I have designed and executed projects in the following realms:a. “Buildings for Science” – R & D center for paper labs, Bio-tech labs, TV studios, Pharmaceutical plant with API labs and Healthcare centers.b. Commercial – Understanding of retail and office space functioning and its interface with people have been exhibited through commercial projects ranging from CSC to large commercial centers. c. “Habitat Architecture” – My experience in this category ranges from a low-cost house to luxury high-rise group housings. I have delved into innovative methods of design and construction technology for this typology.d. Corporate office interiors - Interior design which is challenging and establishes a new identity keeping the work ethos of the firm.Academics are another field of interest. I have been associated with SPA, New Delhi and SSAA, Gurgaon as a visiting faculty in the architecture and Urban Design department.
