As a technical lead for the Basis team at AOL, I provide leadership for both ongoing SAP-ERP operations and new implementation projects. • Manage technical support, administration, and security of AOL’s SAP ERP landscape used for Financials and Order-To- Cash with over 60 instances of SAP & Non-SAP systems in mission-critical 24x7 environment.• Handled full implementation of SAP ERP applications like ECC 6.0, BPC 10.1 on HANA platform,• BOBJ, Solution Manager and PI 7.4 with infrastructure on-premises and on-cloud.• Project planned and led various upgrades for (SAP ECC EHP-8 (Enhancement packs/ Support Packs,• (ABAP & Netweaver Java stack), Oracle and Kernel upgrades) on UNIX platform.• Managed various OS/DB migration, Unicode conversion and system refresh projects both (homogeneous and heterogeneous) including very complex Data-Center Migrations.• Designed, Documented and tested High-Availability, Backup & Recovery and DR (Disaster Recovery) architecture for mission-critical financial applications• Project planning and collaborating across IT groups for smooth deployment and delivery of SAP projects.• Prototyped and designed migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA using DMO• Handled integration of SAP infrastructure to external interfaces such as Vertex, Business Objects, Redwood BPA, PI, Paymetrics and external vendors.Databases: HANA DB, Oracle, Microsoft SQL ServerOS: UNIX, Linux, WINDOWS

• Project Cornerstone for AOL: SAP Basis Lead for upgrade of SAP landscape (ECC, BW, SRM, Portal) and implementation of SAP IS-Media on Netweaver 7.0• Project Interconnect for GAIL India: Basis team lead for full Lifecycle implementation of (R/3/ BW/CRM/SRM/PORTAL). Setting up of HA infrastructure, System Replication and Disaster Recovery. • Project SONY India: Performed upgrade of R/3 4.0B to R/3 47E on AIX/Oracle • Project New-York Life Insurance USA: Provided support for major OS/DB migration from AS/400, DB2 to AIX/Oracle.
