I looked in AIS140 standard device operations for north Region as Technical Lead. My role was to coordinate with dealersand distributors support team to provide required support for backend operations and assistance regarding VLTD Fitment Certification.Field Engineer & Customers to trobleshoot the field issues realted to fitment of GPS device and Panic buttons as per govt. guidelines.In EV segment, I have thorough experience working on multiple Ebikes of different manufacturers and controlling of 2-Wheeler power ON/OFF function remotely through GPS hardware unitusing Immobilizer removing the KEYLOCK feature from the Vehicle for GAE(R&D Project), Omega Seiki, Sun Mobility.I coordinated with the R&D team for testing and development of required Hardware Products used in various Projects and I have experience for multiple roles assigned to me.My job was to handle my teammates and guide them to provide support for dealers and distributors post sales related issues and operational excellence.
