As an event organizer for the JUNIOR SCIENTIST initiative at AXIS India which is Central India's largest Technical fest, I gained a lot of experience in event management, planning and organizational skills. As a core committee member, I played a pivotal role in organizing and executing several Olympiads namely the Junior Scientist Olympiad, Math-a-Maze, and Exquizit, targeting students from grades 5 to 12. My responsibilities included pitching for the Junior Scientist event and Olympiad in front of school students and faculty staff, crafting engaging questions for diverse student groups, conducting the examinations, and overseeing the personal interviews for candidates who advanced through the testing process.
