6 years experience in extrusion process ( PVC and Masterbatch )and assembly production department:-M/C handling, material handling and man power handling, :- Responsible for  Shop floor control activities.-: Good knowledge of new  man power handling and training them.:- Good  knowledge of all bottle neck areas in the extrusion process and assembly line .:- good knowledge  automation mixer and hot and cold mixer for extrusion part pigment process .:- Making daily production plans according to the customer  requirement and  meeting  daily Production targets.  -To maintain all BOP child parts and WIP stock  in ERP SAP and physical .  -: Preparing and Implementation action plans effectively to  maximize efficiency of production all machine and assembly  lines. -: providing training to all man powers for  new machines and their operations.-: provide availability of input and output for production as per plan .-: Prepare all documents related to extrusion and assembly lines like (KPI , Safety, Quality, production, delivery, cost and EHS.-: Responsible for all extrusion process and assembly process production .-: Improvement activities  (data collection, review, waste identification, training, suggestion,identify gap,kaizen, implementation and effectiveness monitor.-:To maintain SOP and  FIS  Audit ,all assembly  line monitors work as per standard -: Responsible for  masterbatch and PVC compound  at extrusion process-: responsible for all change over one product to another product at the extrusion process compound.:-  Co-ordinate with QC to get approved sample before starting new product and to get feedback of hourly Quality check.  Also co-ordinate with store to get required raw materials and spares for machines
