Responsible for all Mechanical Part which are use in CNC Schiffli Embroidery Machine.☆Install heavy industrial machine using computer aided design (CAD) & reviewing mechanical drawing then assembling part and equipment.☆Replacing broken part such as Gearbox, Cam, Spindles, Bearing, Servo motors & Belts.☆Performed hydraulic, pneumatic and Mechanical repairs.☆Using general tools & special purpose tools.☆Responsible for electrical wiring of machine.☆Travelling to and working at various location around all India.☆Prepared and maintained records of repair and servicing.☆Respond to customer service needs with proper documentation of repairs and servicing.☆Working with complete standard as per company policy.
