(I have passed out 3 semesters), having over 18 years of work experience in the ares of finance & accounts-Key Responsibilities:Finance & Accounts ManagementFinance-• Manage financial aspects encompassing cash/working capital management, • Financial planning & analysis (Vertical, Horizontal Analysis)• Forecasts, budgets, Variance analysis between Actuals vs Budgeted• Cash flow management, CMA, • Defining formulation of policies, guidelines and practices for internal control.• Maintain MIS reports, relating to Sales and Expenditure. • Monthly closing and analysis of Profit & Loss Account.Treasury Management-• Debt financing requirement and treasury.• Maintain regular interaction with banks, government regulators and other external parties based
