Marketing Information System• Net Sales Realization: Working closely with Costing, Purchase and logistics team to calculate the net sales realization and tracking the actual cost of production of each unit.• Reporting on Business contribution using actual and proposed product mix.• Reporting on EBIDTA and creating provisions and budgeting of discount.Co-ordination:• Issuing and keeping a track of the cash outflow through credit notes and other discounts. . Coordination with the accounts department ensuring timely issuing of the credit and debit notes.• Coordinator between Accounts and sales team for the overdue and payments collection.• C forms: Coordinating with sales team and customers for the collection of C-forms.• Data support to the Marketing Heads and COO for Board meetings and presentations.Execution:• Order Management: Order entry with a check to current price/legal implications into the system SAP/Oracle.• MIS: Reports and monthly performance presentations of back end team/operations team.Interface for process implementation:• Responsible for master data for SAP, data base, updating with the SAP requirements to Accenture team keeping in view the current scenario.Master Data Management:• Responsible for Customer Master Data, Freight Master data in the SAP. Single point of contact for New/Updation in customer master.
