Current• Account and Recruitment Delivery Management over the allotted accounts/SPOCs.• Complete P&L of the group.• Recruitment Planning and execution.• Team and Individual Performance observing• Working with different customers' RMs, Project conveyance leads and Client Relationship Managers of different LOBs, Divisions and Verticals for prerequisites.• Developing and keeping up gainful long haul associations with relegated accounts getting the restrictive business for appointed records.• Scheduling and partaking in customer gatherings with senior administration to produce more business, vital arrangement and conceivable engagements.• Participating in day by day customer calls, understanding their needs and serving them inside indicated rules• Acting as SPOC for the customer, taking care of customer accelerations, guaranteeing reaction time to customer and taking complete responsibility of conveyance according to the set norms due date.• Managing a group of experienced and crisp selection representatives for all the doled out records/Clients, controlled their separate enlisting, preparing, motivators, execution change designs and so forth.
