• Perform and/or review the daily administrative processing related to simple/moderate and complex pension Manual Calculations (Retirement, Estimate, Disability, Death Benefits, QDRO Benefits, Accrued benefit and recalculations) • Working knowledge of manual templates used in Defined Benefits while doing manual calculations.• Perform and/or review pension payroll activities- such as payment set up and reconciliation• Perform and/or review event processing activities- such as monthly batch processing Payroll file processing• Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues,• Create complex reports to meet client and internal needs.• Manage the production calendar to ensure all ongoing deliverables are met and executed within agreed upon Service Level Agreements• Monitor/manage client and internal escalations• Assist in the training and development of new hires and other team members.• Provide assistance to Team Leader for various day to day activities.• Supervise daily activities of team members and provide performance feedback to senior management.• Develop and maintain documentation of process flows, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures; also identify and assist in the execution of process improvements. • Create / update and execute SQL queries for process and reporting purpose from the Sybase\Rapid SQL data base. • Regular Interaction with onshore counterparts.• Attend both client and internal meetings
