• Attending the calls from different Customers and assisting them in resolving their issues related to the computers.• Taking remote of the Customers computer using Logmein, teamviewer.• Creating tickets for every user for every issue.• Maintaining the records for all the issue to create a knowledge base to help the other co-workers to enhance their skills.• Helping the co-workers on the issues they are working on if they find difficult to resolve.• Assuring that the issue is resolved and the Customers are happy with the services.• Pacifying the irate Customers and resolving their issues.• While working on Customers issue, assuring that the Customers do not ask for a refund.• Optimizing the Customers computer and resolving all issues related to software.
