I would describe myself as an individual, who would thrive on challenges and has the ability to adopt with situation of stress and relate well with the people.I have an experience of 12+yrs in research and development of cell culture based viral vaccines from initial development to technology transfer stage to manufacturing facility. I have worked on live and inactivated viral vaccine projects (Live and inactivated chikungunya vaccine, Hep-A, live dengue, Measles and rubella, japanese encephalitis, rabies, Live varicella vaccine) from development stage to TOX studies to transfer to manufacturing.I have experience in taking clinical batches, phase-1/2/3 and document preparation like SOP's, BMRs. I have redeveloped the process of Live varicella vaccine production and increased the yield by 20-30 times and transferred the process to manufacturing facility by taking process validation batches.I have an experience in development of cell culture based assays for the titration of viruses. I am also taking care of projecst starting form procurement of raw materials to transfer stage and also dealing with cross functional teams to investigate and trouble shoot the problems faced during the process development.I have an experience in microcarriers process development in viral vaccines and is aware with the bioreactors from Sartorius. I have worked on bench top bioreactors.
