With over 21 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical engineering industry, I am currently the Head of Unit at Amphenol Canada Corp, a global leader in interconnect solutions. I oversee the entire operations of the manufacturing unit, from production planning and quality control to inventory management and customer service. I also lead the skill development and training initiatives for the unit, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the latest technologies and best practices. One of my core competencies is process improvement, which I have applied to various projects and challenges throughout my career. For example, at my previous role as the Plant Head at Zeeta Electricals, I implemented a lean manufacturing system that reduced the wastage and improved the efficiency by 35%.
