 Planning Monitoring and Project Co-ordinate in day-to-day basis. Fabrication of Blocks with the completion of Fit-up Dry survey and Welding Dry survey. Block alignment & Pre-Erection and mega block alignment on birth after Erection. Erection and joining of the hull blocks and hatch coaming in Transfer bay and Slip dock including Fit-up Dry survey and Welding Dry survey. Launching and shifting of Bulk Carrier in Slip Dock and TTS Transfer Bay. To ensure that, the job is done as per the approved drawings and quality norms set by the classification societies like ABS, NK, IRS, DNV etc. Submission of work measurement record, progress and material billing. Checking Keel Sighting & Water Level, Draft Marks, Plimsoll Marks, Load line Marks, etc. Implementing lot of innovative techniques in material flow, fabrication, erection and machining to reduce cycle time and cost.  Conducting A.P.T., Hose Test & N.D.T. like R.T., U.T. & D.P. Docking / Un-Docking of tug & dredger in slip dock. Ship repair of tugs & dredger in slip-dock.
