• Articulate and demonstrate basic Account payable concept 3 way match, PO, NON PO, GRN etc• Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are balances taking based on the tracker• Follow-up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to resolve the hold invoices as per the AP guideline• Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets / Phone calls within the agreed SLA• Publish BSC, ERR and park report to resolve the invoice queries• Perform weekly Self-billing & consignment settlement activities of large vendors• Share updated open balance, settlement and remittance reports with vendors
