Arrangement & stacking of all material in stores as per policy compliance.Reconciliation of Gate Inward Register & SAP inward Monthly reconciliation of Engineering store, chemical store and raw material & packing material issue slips with SAP.Segregation of all inward invoices and filing of the same in proper files as per TPM Policy.Ensured Gate Register duly signed by Authorized person on Weekly basis.Ensures FIFO Compliance for Raw Material and Packing Material. Monthly closing stock verification with Statutory Auditors.Ensured creation of SAP entries as per Standard operating Procedures (SOP).Good knowledge of office and store TPM.Handling of Forklift operation for all Stores Material Loading-Unloading with proper SAFETY measures. Handling all Engineering, chemical and raw material & packing material stocks.
